Light smudge stick or loose leaves, wait a moment, then blow out the flames. Fan embers lightly to keep smoldering (may need to be re-lit). Use the smoke to "wash"* persons, property, or spaces.

Abalone Shell- A shell used as a smudge bowl to burn sage in. It carries healing properties as well as energies of protection and emotional balance.
Selenite Stick- Selenite crystals help to remove all energy blockages in the body, and are also excellent for clearing and purifying jewelry and environments.
Palo Santo- Native to the coast of South America. Traditionally used for relief in common colds, flu, stress, headache, depression & inflammation.
